Safura Isayeva

Safura Isayeva has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Safura began their career as a Market Risk Analyst at PASHA Bank OJSC from July 2013 to June 2014. Safura then transitioned to IT Project Manager at Bank VTB (Azerbaijan) from November 2015 to March 2017, where they worked on reporting system implementation and performed troubleshooting and tuning of reports and ETL processes.

In 2019, Safura worked as a Student Research Assistant at Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) for a year, gaining research experience. Safura then joined Softgile as a Project Manager from August 2020 to November 2020.

Safura also gained experience in IT support at Universität des Saarlandes, where they assisted the Philosophy department from May 2018 onwards.

Since November 2020, Safura has been working at PASHA Insurance OJSC, starting as a System Analyst and progressing to Senior System Analyst and Lead Systems Analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Service Operations center.

Additionally, Safura worked briefly as an SMM at BethClip, Inc from January 2015 to May 2015, further diversifying their skill set.

Safura Isayeva's education history is as follows:

Safura completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Informatik from Universität des Saarlandes between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Baku State University from 2013 to 2017. Safura'sundergraduate studies were at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Safura also acquired several certifications. Safura obtained the certification of IT Governance specialist from Training Center MUK Azerbaijan in July 2023. In February 2023, they received the Agile Project and Delivery Management certification from ICAgile. In December 2022, they earned the ScrumLearn Scrum Awareness Certified credential from iLEARN - Innovative Learning. Safura also obtained the ISO 19011:2018 Guidelines for auditing management systems certification from Exemplar Global, Inc. in November 2022.
