Turkan Ashurlu Mba, Pmp®

Turkan Ashurlu is a Senior Project Portfolio Management Specialist at PASHA Insurance OJSC since August 2023, previously serving as a Senior Project Specialist and Leading Specialist at Azerbaijan Railways from November 2019 to July 2023. Ashurlu has also held the position of Adjunct Instructor at Baku State University for a brief period in late 2022 and worked as an Operations Specialist at the Port of Baku from November 2018 to November 2019. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Officials Assistant Manager for the Azerbaijan Islamic Solidarity Games Operations Committee, managing critical services for technical officials, and leading roles in the Baku2015 sports events. Ashurlu began with an internship at Samsung C&T, where analysis of the energy market was conducted. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from ADA University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sogang University.
