Wesley Brown

Wesley Brown has over 20 years of experience in operations management, with their most recent position being Director of Operations at Empiric Student Property plc. Prior to that, they were the Operations Director for Costa Coffee where they managed up to 20 area managers, implemented a regional strategy, and created an ordering tool that saved over £10 million in wasted food. Wesley also has experience in hotel management, with roles at Travelodge and MacDonald Hotels. Wesley has successfully managed P&L responsibilities, trained and developed staff, and led high-profile functions and weddings. Wesley's expertise in operations management has led him to their current role as Interim Chief Operations Officer at Pass the Keys®.

Wesley Brown attended De Montfort University from 1997 to 2000 and earned a BSc in Sports Science. Prior to that, they attended Gravesend Grammar School for Boys, but it is unclear when they attended or if they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.
