Carlton Amerson

Carlton Amerson has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their role as Personnel Manager in the United States Marine Corps from 1984 to 1995. Carlton then worked as a National Accounts Manager at JIST Career Solutions from 1999 to 2007, where they established a national account with the New Orleans Public School System and provided technical advice on product lines. From 2007 to 2008, Carlton worked as an Account Manager at Paradigm Education Solutions, delivering 108% of quota and initiating the development of a new text with MedTech College. Carlton also had a brief role as an Advertising Account Manager at Angie's List in 2007. From 2009 to 2015, Carlton worked at Indianapolis MEPS as an HRA, conducting pre-enlistment interviews and serving as Lead Assistant. Most recently, they joined Passage Technology in 2016 as a Business Development Consultant.

Carlton Amerson has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Applied Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Carlton has obtained several certifications. Carlton has completed courses in Data Modeling, Salesforce Platform Basics, and Salesforce1 Mobile Basics through Trailhead by Salesforce in October 2016. Carlton has also received certifications in various Salesforce Trailhead badges, including CRM Basics, Chatter Basics, Communities Basics, Data Management, Lightning Experience Basics, Reports & Dashboards, and UI Customization.
