Michelle Guillory, MSW, is an experienced professional in the healthcare industry, currently serving as a Patient Navigator at PASSAGES HOSPICE since February 2022. Prior to this role, Michelle was an Account Executive at Traditions Health from May 2021 to February 2022 and held the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at AmeraCare Family Hospice & Home Health for over 13 years, where exceptional performance in referral and admission quotas was demonstrated. Michelle also worked as a Business Development Representative at Canon Hospice Northshore, facilitating communication among patients, families, and medical staff.
