Zina Lagonegro

Zina Lagonegro, AICP, EIT, is currently a Shareholder/Owner and Director of Planning & Development at Passero Associates. Prior to joining Passero Associates, Zina worked at the City of Rochester for over 30 years, retiring as the Manager of Zoning. Zina holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an A.A.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Monroe Community College.
