Tim Hibbard

Tim Hibbard is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and innovation. Currently serving as Vice President of Development & Innovation at Passio Technologies since May 2019, Tim played a pivotal role in the acquisition of EnGraph Software by Passio Technologies. Prior to this, Tim was the CEO of EnGraph Software from June 2003 to May 2019, where the company focused on software solutions for public transit and non-emergency medical transportation. Tim's career began as a Software Developer at Vistronix from February 2001 to June 2003, followed by a position as Software Architect at EnGraph from June 2003 to October 2009. Tim holds a degree from Central College.
