Kaitlin Randolph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative operations and project management. Currently serving as the Creative Operations Lead at Passion City Church since March 2020, Kaitlin oversees creative planning and production for major initiatives and manages teams across Design, Photography, and Motion Design/Animation. As the Owner and Photographer at Kate Randolph, Kaitlin specializes in motherhood and lifestyle photography in the Atlanta area. Previous roles include Traffic Manager and Digital Project Manager at Nebo Agency, where Kaitlin ensured timely project delivery and client satisfaction. Kaitlin also has a background in digital marketing and communications, with internships and leadership roles at organizations like Hannah Forsberg Photography, Georgia Tech Office of Government and Community Relations, and Autism Speaks.
