Eva Spexard has worked in the Human Resources field since 2012. In that year, they began as a Human Resources Administration Assistant at hagebau Handelsgesellschaft für Baustoffe mbH & Co. KG. In 2015, they moved to Amoria Bond as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Wilhelm B. In 2017, they became the HR Manager EMEA & Global Recruiting at Microdrones®. Finally, in 2022, they took on the role of Head of People at Passion.io. In this role, they lead an innovative and creative People and Talent Acquisition team spread across 24 countries. Her responsibilities include Talent Management, Change Management, and providing creators with the tools they need to run a successful business.
