Courtney Bethel

Courtney Bethel has held a variety of roles in the recruitment and talent acquisition field. In 2010, they began their career as an Office Manager and Talent Acquisitions at University Realty. In 2013, they took on the role of Internet Sales Manager and Talent Acquisitions at Net Direct Autos. In 2018, they became the Senior Recruiter and Business Development Manager at Burnett's Staffing, Inc. In 2019, they were the Recruiting Manager and Director of Client Success at IsoTalent. In 2021, they transitioned to Senior Corporate Recruiter at RainFocus. Currently, they are the Principal Corporate Recruiter at PassiveLogic.

Courtney Bethel is currently enrolled in Austin Community College, where they are pursuing a degree in Engineering and Accounting.
