Matt Tomasetti

Matt Tomasetti has a diverse work experience in software engineering, with roles at various companies. Matt is currently employed at Passport Corporation as a Software Engineer. Previously, they worked at Inherent Clothier, where they developed and maintained an eCommerce platform with third-party payment integration in PHP. Matt also provided strategic recommendations for the website's enhancements and improvements.

Before that, Matt worked at Wolf and Key as a Software Engineer, where they centralized a collection of point-of-sale records stored in MSSQL into a single MongoDB database. Matt also aggregated point-of-sale records with call records to determine revenue generated by each advertising source using Scala/Spark and produced data visualizations with Python/Flask.

Additionally, Matt gained experience as the Owner/CEO of Bizmono, where they built and maintained customer relationships by delivering excellent service. Matt also managed dedicated servers and utilized Docker for module development and production environments.

Moreover, Matt worked as a Software Engineer at MobileFlyp, where they developed a custom eCommerce solution in PHP and implemented automatic price adjustments in a MySQL database using C++. Matt continuously improved the website's functionality to provide a better user experience.

Lastly, Matt worked at Fire Website Hosting & Design as a Software Engineer, where they developed an online rental reservation system and constructed client websites using Wordpress. Matt also converted outdated websites from Joomla to Wordpress.

Matt Tomasetti attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Computer Science. In June 2020, they also acquired certifications in Linux and Software Engineering from TestDome.
