Kate Maloney

Kate Maloney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate started their career in 2002 as a Customer Service Representative at A-CTI, where they dealt with customer complaints, transcribed requests, and maintained customer account confidentiality. In 2004, Kate joined Western Oregon Journal as a Production Technician, where they contributed to the newspaper's design, headlines, captions, and advertisements. In 2006, they took on the role of a Wiki Administrator at Adaptavant before joining Solestruck.com as a Project Administrator and Buyer. At Solestruck.com, Kate managed website development, wrote persuasive web copy, and participated in product selection and purchasing. Kate then worked at Target as a GSA/GSTL, supervising a team at the front end of the store and handling escalated customer service situations. Kate's most recent role was as a Web Content Specialist at Passport Online Inc., starting in 2009.
