Brittney Back

Brittney Back has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Brittney began their career in 2014 as a Property Manager at Dominium, where they were responsible for lease preparation, rent collection, and tenant selection. In 2015, they transitioned into a Field Sales Manager role at 2020 Companies, conducting product training and planning events to promote sales of Samsung products.

From 2015 to 2016, Brittney worked as a Store Manager at SalonCentric, where they monitored store performance, collaborated with their team to drive sales, and built relationships with salon accounts. Brittney also participated in the SalonCentric Beauty Guru program to increase brand awareness through product demonstrations and education.

Brittney then became a Selling Supervisor at Victoria's Secret in 2016, leading a team of Bra Specialists and ensuring sales goals were met. Brittney provided coaching and training to their team and partnered with management to achieve store objectives.

In 2017, Brittney joined Ulta Beauty as a Prestige Sales Manager. Brittney oversaw a team of Beauty Advisors and Boutique Leads, worked with brand partners to provide product education, and analyzed sales data to monitor brand performance.

In 2021, Brittney held the position of Account Executive at Sigma Beauty, where they increased sales with retailers, collaborated with buying teams, and completed administrative tasks related to account management. Brittney then joined SPS Commerce as a Logistics Account Executive in 2021, prospecting for new clients, building rapport, and guiding prospects through the sales cycle.

More recently, Brittney worked as an Account Executive at Merchology in 2022, and they are currently employed as a Senior Sales Development Representative at Passport.

Brittney Back attended the University of Wisconsin-Superior from 2008 to 2010, where they pursued a study in Psychology. Brittney did not complete a degree during this time.
