Kate O'Rourke has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kate started their career as a Sales Associate at Montica Jewelry, where they developed a strong sales background and provided quality service to customers. Kate then worked as an Assistant Merchandiser, where they assisted in planning monthly promotional events and designed displays for jewelry showcases. Kate also took on the role of Social Media & Website Reconstruction, managing the company's Facebook and Twitter accounts and collaborating with an advertising agency to build and develop the company website.

Moving on, Kate worked as a Project Manager at UCF Cornerstone Lab, where they successfully raised funds for a specific project. Kate then joined Universal Orlando as a Destination Universal Ambassador, where they cultivated relationships with guests and increased revenue per booking by effectively selling additional package components. Kate also played a part in developing the future training program for Destination Universal Ambassadors.

After that, they became a part of Kre8 Media, initially working as a Media Coordinator, where they executed advertising plans, monitored client budgets, and trained new hires. Later on, they transitioned into the role of a Business Analyst, providing support for data management and analysis activities while driving continuous operational improvements.

Kate eventually joined Go Port as a Marketing Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of the company's marketing operations. Kate played a key role in the design, development, and launch of Go Port's new web application. Currently, they hold the position of Global Trade Content Manager at Passport, contributing their expertise in global trade.

Kate O'Rourke obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Central Florida, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including Excel 2013 Essential Training, Excel 2013 Tips and Tricks, Excel 2013: Pivot Tables in Depth, and Google AdWords Certifications in Mobile Advertising, Search Advertising, Shopping Advertising, Video Advertising, and Display Advertising. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Lynda.com and Google between the years 2015 and 2016.
