With over 18 years of experience in global product development, sourcing, and operations, Adrien Forray has built a career at the intersection of technical innovation, material sourcing, and process optimization for some of the world’s most respected fashion and luxury brands. His expertise spans outerwear, footwear, leather goods, and technical textiles, with a strong emphasis on scaling product teams, optimizing supply chains, and implementing digital solutions (PLM, ERP, BI) to drive efficiency and growth.

Adrien has held leadership roles at Burberry, Kering, Axel Arigato, Norse Projects, and Novalpina, where he played a pivotal role in developing high-performance materials, enhancing product engineering, and leading global sourcing strategies. He has successfully managed cross-functional teams across Europe, Asia, and North America, ensuring that product execution aligns with both commercial goals and sustainability initiatives.

Currently, Adrien serves as Operational Director at Resourced, where he leads a team across Portugal, Spain, Vietnam, and China, supporting 13 brands in optimizing their sourcing and product execution strategies. He is also Chairman of the Board at Past Tense, a brand he co-founded, and continues to shape industry standards through his expertise in material research, technical development, and strategic supply chain innovation.
