Michele R. has extensive experience in the culinary field. Michele is currently working as the Head of Food at Pasta Evangelists since March 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Culinary at Apiro Group from September 2019 to February 2021. Michele was responsible for consulting and managing all aspects of the Culinary Program. Michele also held the position of Head of Product Creative and Development UK at Hakkasan Group from June 2016 to August 2019, where they provided an innovative perspective and supported the development of a strong creative team. Before that, they served as a Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef at various prestigious hotels and restaurants, including Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Corinthia Hotels. Michele's expertise includes managing kitchen operations, controlling costs, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring the highest quality of cuisine. Michele has achieved significant profitability gains and built dedicated culinary teams throughout their career.

Michele R. received training in Innovative Ice cream making under Chef Mauro Petrini. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Hotel Catering from the Institute for Technical Catering in Gardone Riviera, Italy. Michele also had the opportunity to train under chocolate master Frederique Bourse and pastry Chef Relais Dessert Iginio Massari.
