Before that, they served as a Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef at various prestigious hotels and restaurants, including Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Corinthia Hotels. Michele's expertise includes managing kitchen operations, controlling costs, sourcing ingredients, and ensuring the highest quality of cuisine. Michele has achieved significant profitability gains and built dedicated culinary teams throughout their career.

Michele R. received training in Innovative Ice cream making under Chef Mauro Petrini. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Hotel Catering from the Institute for Technical Catering in Gardone Riviera, Italy. Michele also had the opportunity to train under chocolate master Frederique Bourse and pastry Chef Relais Dessert Iginio Massari.
