Ashlyn Ruth is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the cosmetics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global Product Marketing at Pat McGrath Cosmetics since May 2023, Ashlyn previously held the position of Senior Product Marketing Manager at Thrive Causemetics Inc. from June 2021 to April 2023. Prior roles include various marketing management positions at Laura Mercier Cosmetics, where responsibilities evolved from Coordinator to Manager of Global Marketing over six years. Ashlyn's career also includes a marketing internship at L'Oréal, as well as experience in operations and public relations within the retail and fashion sectors.
