Damiana Zullo

Damiana Zullo has extensive experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on product development and innovation. Damiana currently holds the position of Vice President of Product Innovation at Pat McGrath Cosmetics since October 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Product Development at Face Haus from July 2018 to October 2021. Damiana also held the role of Vice President of Product at Laura Geller Beauty, LLC from April 2017 to June 2018. Before that, Damiana worked as the Vice President of Product Development at BECCA Cosmetics from March 2016 to April 2017, and at Carol's Daughter from May 2010 to March 2016. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Bliss, including Director of Product Development from October 2005 to April 2010, Senior Manager of Product Development from July 2002 to September 2005, and Manager of Product Development from July 2000 to June 2002. Damiana began their career in the industry as an Assistant Manager of Product Development at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics from September 1995 to September 1997, and then progressed to the role of Manager of Product Development from September 1997 to March 2000.

Damiana Zullo attended Parsons School of Design - The New School from 1994 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Design Marketing.
