Alma Gonzalez -Balling

Alma Gonzalez-Balling has over two decades of experience in product development at Patagonia, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Development since September 2008. Prior to this role, Alma held the position of Director of Product Development from 2003 to 2008 and worked as Product Developer Manager for Kids, Women's Sportswear, Men's Sportswear, and Infants. Alma's tenure at Patagonia began in 1990, where initial roles included Sample Room Manager and Sample Room Technical Assistant, followed by Manager of Cad Cam and Patterns from 1995 to 1998, showcasing a progressive career in the apparel industry.
