Glory Fung

Glory Fung is a seasoned leader in compensation and people strategy, currently serving as the Sr Director of People Strategy, Impact & Reward at Patagonia since November 2023. Previously, Glory held senior positions at REI and T-Mobile, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive compensation programs, performance analytics, and employee experience design. With a background as an Executive Compensation Consultant at WTW, Glory has extensive experience planning and implementing incentive programs for diverse industries, including retail and high tech. Glory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Whitman College.
