Kyle Williamson

Kyle Williamson serves as the Head of Performance & Talent Programs at Patagonia, leading the development of core talent initiatives for North America across various sectors including Wholesale and Retail. With over 14 years of experience at Nike, Kyle held multiple roles including Change Management Director and Performance Management Director, where responsibilities included overseeing change management activities and launching a new performance management program for over 80,000 employees. Previous positions involved designing talent development curricula and conducting training for sales and customer service teams. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon and an MBA from Portland State University.
