Wendy Savage

Wendy Savage is the Director of Social Responsibility & Traceability at Patagonia. Wendy has over 15 years of experience in the corporate social responsibility field.

Wendy started their career as a Project Manager Trainee at Amadeus in 2001. Wendy then moved to CSCC Consulting in 2003, where they were the Client Services Regional Manager for the Americas. In this role, Wendy managed the East and West Coast team of managers and their respective staff, ensured revenue renewals by region, and performed trend analyses on revenue expectations to identify areas of improvement.

In 2006, Wendy left CSCC Consulting to become the Global Manager of CSR Certifications & Accreditations at STR Responsible Sourcing. In this role, Wendy was responsible for overseeing the certification and accreditation process for STR’s clients.

Wendy joined Patagonia in 2010 as the Director of Social Responsibility & Traceability. In this role, Wendy is responsible for leading Patagonia’s efforts to ensure that its products are sourced responsibly and that its supply chain is transparent.

Wendy Savage has a Master in Management from SKEMA Business School (ESC Lille & CERAM) in International Business Management. Wendy also has a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from University of California, Los Angeles. Wendy is certified in SA8000.

Their manager is Cara Chacon, VP, Social & Environmental Responsibility. They work with Betsy Blaisdell - Head of Supply Chain Environmental Reponsibility, Hans Cole - Director of Environmental Campaigns and Advocacy, and Nick Mucha - Environmental Programs Manager.
