Rrahul Jhingan

Rrahul Jhingan has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rrahul started their career in 2004 as an Assistant Manager at WNS Global Services Pvt. Ltd. where they managed a team of trainers. Rrahul then worked as a Manager HR at Reliance Money from 2007 to 2010, where they were responsible for managing employee life cycle and handling grievances. Rrahul later joined Reliance Communications as a Senior Manager from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Rrahul joined Bajaj Consumer Care as an Assistant General Manager, where they led talent management activities and partnered with business heads for formulating policies. Rrahul worked at Bajaj Consumer Care for seven years, until 2018.

After that, Rrahul worked as a Lead HR at Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. from 2018 to 2020, and as a Lead HR at Kanoria Chemicals & Industries Ltd. from 2020 to 2022.

Most recently, Rrahul served as the Head of Human Resources at Rollick Ice cream from 2022 to 2023. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring optimum utilization of human resources and creating a work environment conducive to teamwork and productivity.

Currently, Rrahul is working as the Head of Business HR at Patanjali Foods - Ruchi Soya, starting in 2023.

Rrahul Jhingan's education history includes a PGCHRM degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur. Rrahul also obtained a Seed Transformation Certification in Organizational Strategy from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In 2016, they obtained a Diploma in HRM from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Furthermore, they hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Marketing from ICFAI, completed in the years 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University, spanning from 1997 to 2000. Their educational journey began at DAV School, where they studied Commerce from 1990 to 1997.
