Cynthia Carley

Cynthia Carley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management, particularly within the apparel and accessories sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Research Development at FieldDay Solutions since May 2020, Cynthia collaborates on projects across various industries, including manufacturing, IT, finance, and health care. As a self-employed Product Development Expert since January 2009, Cynthia has specialized in guiding small to mid-sized companies from concept to production. Previous roles include Production Manager at Kitsbow Cycling Apparel and Technical Designer positions at Ariat International and Gymboree.
