Cheska Retuya has a diverse work experience in customer service and executive assistance. Cheska began their career in 2014 as a Technical Support Representative at Alorica, where they answered incoming phone calls and provided support to callers experiencing internet or phone technical problems. In 2016, they joined TTEC as a Billing Consultant, helping customers with complaints and billing questions over the phone. In 2020, they became an English Second Language Teacher at Engoo, providing instruction on reading, writing, and speaking to individuals whose native language is not English. In 2021, they joined Athena as an Executive Assistant, and then Patch as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
Cheska Retuya graduated from Saint Louis School of Mandaue in 2012 with a Highschool Diploma. Cheska is currently attending Cebu Doctors' University, Mandaue City, studying Medical Technology.
