Andrew Harley

Andrew Harley has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Store Cashier for Hollister Co. In 2012, they worked as a Hotel Assistant for Mark Warner and as a Head Waiter for Compass Group. From 2015-2017, they held a part-time role with TeamFirst, providing Start up promotion and development. During this time, they also worked as a Graduate Surveyor for Savills. In 2017, they joined Newton Europe as a Consultant, and was promoted to Senior Consultant in 2020. In 2021, they additionally joined Ops Stories as a Member and Patch Plants as Head of Operations and Operations Lead. During their time at Newton Europe, Andrew Harley delivered an Adult Social Care transformation project, improved the efficiency of a hygiene services company, and provided PMO support to the UK's COVID-19 Social Care Taskforce and the £600m IC Fund.

Andrew Harley completed their education in 2013-2016 at the University of Cambridge, where they earned a degree in Natural Sciences with a focus in Physiology, Cell Biology and Pathology. From 2010-2012, they attended Brighton Hove and Sussex Sixth Form College (BHASVIC). Prior to that, they attended Priory School Lewes from 2005-2010.
