Paige Inscoe Kinney

Paige Inscoe Kinney serves as the Director of ISR Tradecraft at PatchPlus Consulting, Inc., a role held since May 2019, after previously holding the same title at the company from October 2003 to April 2018. Kinney also worked as the VP of DoD Accounts for Babel Street from May 2018 to April 2019, focusing on enhancing public search capabilities for analysts. Additionally, Kinney has experience as the Director of Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance at ANG from September 2013 to May 2016.
