Maheen Rasul

Patchworker at Patchwork Foundation

Maheen Rasul is currently a Common Futures Conversations Member at Chatham House and a Columnist for The Friday Times, The News International, and The Nation. As a Patchworker for Patchwork Foundation since February 2022, Maheen has actively engaged in community initiatives while also being a published writer with a poetry book titled "A Soul That Ran Wild." Academic involvement includes positions as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at LSE Department of Government and as a Researcher for the LSE-NDI PPE Student Capstone Team Project, focusing on Movement-Based Parties for the National Democratic Institute. Additional experience includes roles as a Research Analyst for London Politica, Associate Editor for the LSE Undergraduate Political Review, and Chair of the European Politics SRC for the International Association for Political Science Students. Maheen interned at the Bank of England in the Financial Market Infrastructure Division. Currently pursuing a BSc in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the London School of Economics, Maheen previously completed A Levels at Lahore Grammar School.
