Axel Ceszkowski has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the luxury watch and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Responsable Support Technique Service Client International at Patek Philippe since December 2016, Axel focuses on daily production support, project management for production acquisitions, and continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, SMED, and QRQC. Prior experience includes a role as Ingénieur Chargé de Projet Junior at ROLEX, where Axel analyzed workshop tool needs and proposed inter-site pilot modes, and as Ingénieur Dévéloppement Mécanique Vie Série at Somfy, overseeing new tooling investments and ensuring supplier compliance. Early career experience at Mobalpa involved project management and process optimization in machining workshops. Axel holds an engineering degree in mechanical engineering and production management from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry and a DUT in mechanical engineering from Université Savoie Mont Blanc.
