Marie-Laure Barrail

Marie-Laure Barrail is a seasoned human resources specialist with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving as Spécialiste Chargé de recrutement at Patek Philippe since March 2016, Marie-Laure focuses on talent identification, process optimization, and the implementation of tracking tools. Before this role, Marie-Laure held the position of Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines, managing HR processes for two divisions and coordinating fixed recruitment activities.
