Tarika has experience in handling recruitment, training programs, and coordinating with top and middle-level management. Tarika also has experience in executive assistance and administration in the FMCG Ayurvedic and Cosmetic Products industry. Tarika holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Astral Institute of Technology and Research.
