Joshua Garrison

Joshua Garrison has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Joshua began their career at Wells Fargo in 2002 as a Lending Manager, where they were responsible for managing sales activities and operations of a sales branch. Joshua also oversaw customer service, loan originations, and branch profitability. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Comerica Bank, initially as a Vice President in Retail/Business Banking and later as an Interim District Manager. In these roles, they provided leadership, managed multiple banking centers, and developed customer relationships. Since 2014, Garrison has been with Patelco Credit Union, starting as the Director of Retail Branches. Joshua then moved on to become the Director of Consumer Lending and is currently serving as the Vice President of Consumer Lending & Cards. In these positions, they have been responsible for overseeing lending and card portfolios, revenue maximization, member experience, and business development. Joshua has also led cross-functional projects and collaborated with internal teams to meet the financial needs of diverse members. Garrison has a strong background in sales, leadership, and operational management within the banking industry.

Joshua Garrison obtained a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis from 1996 to 2001. Joshua also completed the Comerica Leadership Development Program and received a Certificate of Completion in Leadership from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they participated in Leadership Pleasanton, a program to develop community leaders, from 2010 to 2011. Joshua also holds additional certifications in Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership from LinkedIn and as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., both obtained in 2019.
