Michelle Greear

Michelle Greear has a strong background in learning and development, with experience in various leadership roles. Michelle worked as the VP of Learning and Development at Patelco Credit Union from 2014 onwards. Prior to that, they held the same role at Technology Credit Union (Tech CU) from 2002 to 2014, where they successfully implemented organizational development initiatives and created leadership programs. Before their time at Tech CU, Michelle worked at Patelco Credit Union as a Training Manager and later as a Branch Manager from 1998 to 2002. Michelle also has experience as a Customer Relations Coordinator at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. and as a Quality Service Manager, Regional Manager, and Service Center Manager at Provident Credit Union from 1989 to 1997.

Michelle Greear's education history includes attending Western CUNA Management School from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained their Omega Class degree in Management Practices. Michelle also holds a Master of Arts in Education degree with a focus on Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Michelle has a Single Subject Credential in Social Science and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Interdisciplinary Social Science from San Francisco State University. Michelle completed their college/university preparatory and advanced high school/secondary diploma program at Crestmoor High School.
