Rosalba Fernandes

Rosalba Fernandes is a seasoned professional in product management and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Deposits at Patelco Credit Union since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Product Manager at First Republic Bank from August 2018 to June 2023, and as a Customer Service Lead at Best Buy from September 2014 to November 2016, where skills in handling customer inquiries and processing transactions were developed. Rosalba holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis (2014-2018) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on finance at the University of San Francisco School of Management, expected to complete in January 2025.
