Tiffany Kiefer

Tiffany Kiefer, CAMS, CFE, currently serves as the Director of Fraud Innovation and Solution Management at Patelco Credit Union, a position held since December 2022. Prior to this, Tiffany was the Director of Risk Management at UNIFY Financial Credit Union from November 2021 to December 2022, and worked as a Risk Manager at Stanford Federal Credit Union from August 2017 to November 2021. Tiffany's earlier experience includes a tenure at Technology Credit Union, where progression from Central Operations Specialist II to FIU Investigator II occurred from January 2014 to August 2017. Tiffany also held positions at PNC from 2009 to 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Fraud & Forensics from Carlow University and a Bachelor of Arts in Applied History from Point Park University. Expertise encompasses fraud prevention, operational risk management, compliance with AML/BSA regulations, and collaboration on anti-fraud processes.
