Mr. DeVellis has more than 28 years of accounting and equity finance experience with sixteen years in senior financial and operational management roles.

In addition to his background in accounting, he worked as a Specialist Trading Clerk on the floor of the NYSE as well as a NYSE Block Trader for an Institutional Broker Dealer.
