Alejandro Hernandez M.ed

Alejandro Hernandez, M.Ed, is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in special education. Currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Paterson Public Schools since April 2023, Alejandro designs differentiated lessons catering to diverse learning styles. Previously, at College Achieve Public Schools, Alejandro held the position of Lead Special Services/Related Services Teacher, focusing on rigorous learning experiences and assessments to address learning challenges. Alejandro's experience also includes roles as a Special Education Teacher at Newark Public Schools, Early Intervention Specialist at Compcare Therapeutics, Behavioral Therapist at Hybridge Learning Group, and Educational Consultant at Helping Hands Preschool & Childcare Inc. Alejandro holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University and a Master’s in Teaching Special Education from Montclair State University, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Montclair State University.
