Dr. Catherine Forfia-Dion

Dr. Catherine Forfia-Dion serves as the International Baccalaureate Principal and Coordinator at Paterson Public Schools since September 2009, overseeing the development and implementation of the district's IB Diploma Programme, focusing on curriculum documentation and teacher professional development. Additionally, Dr. Forfia-Dion has held positions as Supervisor of International Baccalaureate & Accelerated Programs and Social Studies Teacher. Since May 2013, Dr. Forfia-Dion has also contributed as a Curriculum Writer in Academic Services, developing Mandarin I and II curricula and revising existing world language curricula. Dr. Forfia-Dion has earned a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Northeastern University, a Principal Endorsement in Educational Leadership from Caldwell University, a Master of Arts in History from William Paterson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Religious Studies from Manhattan University.
