Ameenah Habib is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in grassroots and government relations, currently serving as the Coordinator for Grassroots and State Government Relations at the Lupus Foundation of America, Inc. since July 2021. Ameenah's background includes positions such as VA State Capitol Intern for the Commonwealth of Virginia and a Digital Fellowship with U.S. Senator Mark Warner. Prior internships with the Council on American-Islamic Relations, ACLU of Virginia, and as a Campaign Intern for Friends of Wendy Gooditis further highlight Ameenah's commitment to public policy. Ameenah holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University McCourt School of Public Policy, and dual Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University. Ameenah also graduated with an Advanced Studies Diploma from Briar Woods High School.
