Amos Mugisha is currently the Country Director for Tanzania at PATH. Amos has over fifteen years of experience working in the financial and operations departments for various organizations, including the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) and PATH.

Mugisha began their career as a Financial and Contracts Officer for WWF in 1996. Amos was responsible for training country financial and operations staff on financial management, contracts and grants administration. In 2001, they were promoted to Financial Project Coordinator, where they oversaw the annual budgeting process and prepared contract/agreement budgets.

In 2004, Mugisha left WWF to become the Finance and Operations Manager for WWF Tanzania. In this role, they were responsible for all financial and operational aspects of the organization.
