Kaitlin Smith

Kaitlin Smith has been working in the engineering and maintenance industry since 2018. Kaitlin began their career at FedEx as a Maintenance Technician. Kaitlin then moved to L Brands as a Systems Engineer Intern. In 2018, they joined Mast Global as a Controls Technician. Currently, they are employed at Path Robotics as a Controls Engineer and Controls Technician Supervisor, developing and testing the electrical and PLC interface for robotic welding and assembly systems.

Kaitlin Smith began their educational journey in 2016, when they attended Columbus State Community College and earned an Associate of Science - AS. Kaitlin then attended the same college from 2017 to 2019, earning an Associate's degree in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician. Currently, they are attending The Ohio State University and is on track to earn a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering by 2023.
