Joe McManus

Joe McManus has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Joe started their career at OCNB as a Senior Network Technician, where they were responsible for implementing and supporting the company's network infrastructure. Joe also worked on evaluating and managing software and hardware solutions, as well as resolving network, software, and hardware problems. In 2006, they joined Presentation Concepts Corporation as a Senior Information Systems Architect, where they worked on a contract basis for AXA Tech. In this role, they provided support and administration for Exchange, Outlook, and Blackberries, implemented and maintained IT solutions for clients, and established a partnership with Voltage Security to provide secure email. In 2007, Joe worked as a Corporate Messaging Analyst and Consultant at AXA Tech before joining Pathfinder Bank in 2008. At Pathfinder Bank, they initially served as the Vice President and Computer Operations Manager and later transitioned to the role of First Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in January 2022.

Joe McManus attended SUNY Oswego from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Leadership Oswego County. Prior to that, they studied at the State University of New York at Oswego from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Joe'smajor was Information Science, and they minored in Computer Science.
