Karen R. has extensive experience in global public health and human resources management, currently serving as Global Manager of HR Business Partnerships at Pathfinder International since August 2005. In this role, Karen leads teams across Africa and Asia to enhance operational excellence and ensure compliance with HR standards. Previous positions within Pathfinder International include Program Advisor, where Karen contributed to program and budget oversight for health initiatives in Francophone Africa. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Public Health Advisor at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, managing health programs at Boston University School of Public Health, consulting on global health projects, and working with the United States Peace Corps. Karen holds multiple degrees in Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree from Providence College.
