Nino Willsea

Nino Willsea is a seasoned finance and operations leader with extensive experience across multiple organizations, currently serving as the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, Interim at Pathfinder International, overseeing a $43M annual budget and compliance initiatives in 15 countries. Nino has previously established and led the first Global Operations Department at Pathfinder, aligning operational priorities with financial strategies, and has restructured departments to enhance global coordination at IMA World Health. With a robust background in global contract compliance and procurement management, Nino has directed complex portfolios totaling $500M and $150M at IMA World Health and Management Sciences for Health, respectively. Nino holds an Executive Leadership Certification from Cornell University and a BA in Interpretation and Translation from Georgian Technical University.
