Electronic Development Engineer at Pathfinder Medical

Clemens Eder has over 14 years of experience in electronics and software engineering, with a focus on medical devices and robotics. Clemens is currently working as an Electronic Development Engineer at Pathfinder Medical since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Electronics Engineer at Superheat FGH from January 2016 to June 2019. From September 2014 to December 2015, they served as an Electronics and Software Engineer at Parker Hannifin, where they managed a complex LabVIEW project for a medical device and supervised external testing. Clemens also worked as a Senior Research Associate at the Dept. of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at UCL from March 2012 to May 2014. Clemens started their career as an R&D Engineer at Neurodan A/S in January 2007 and worked there until February 2012. Clemens also gained experience as a PostDoc at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna from December 2005 to December 2006, where they focused on control interfaces for micromanipulation applications with haptic feedback.

Clemens Eder completed their B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Graz from 1995 to 1999. Clemens then went on to pursue an M.Sc.E.E. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Aalborg University, which they completed from 2000 to 2001. Eder furthered their education at Aalborg University, where they obtained a PhD degree in Biomedical Engineering and Science from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained the certification of Certified LabVIEW Associate Developer from Pearson VUE in August 2014.
