The current leadership team at Pathfinder Services has a wide range of experience in different industries. The president and executive director, chief executive officer, director of family assistance services, chief strategy officer, and chief information officer all have experience working in nonprofits. The strategic development officer has a law degree from Western New England University School of Law and experience working as a consultant for area nonprofits. The vice president of health and residential supports is a teacher with a degree in elementary education from Ball State University. The chief financial officer has a degree in business administration from the University of Saint Francis and experience working in the for-profit sector.
