Spring Holz Houston

Spring Holz Houston has a diverse professional background with significant experience in advocacy, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as the New Paths Lead Advocate and previously as a New Paths Advocate at Pathfinders since March 2022, Spring has also held roles such as a Medical Bill Review Auditor at Rising Medical Solutions and a Resident Care Worker at Courage MKE. Additional experience includes working as a Development Coordinator at Schlitz Audubon Nature Center and an Assistant Store Manager at Torrid. As an Americorps Member and Summer Enrollment Specialist at College Possible, along with various positions in administrative support and security, Spring has cultivated a strong foundation in community service and operational management. Spring holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Social Justice from Northland College, earned in 2015, and a high school diploma from Riverside University High School.
