Shenika Brooks

Shenika Brooks has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare and managed care sectors, currently serving as the Director of Managed Care Contracting at PathGroup since January 2005. In this role, Shenika oversees new hire training and addresses insurance reimbursement issues, while also analyzing monthly aging reports and daily task distributions for the department. Prior to PathGroup, Shenika held the position of Patient Account Services Supervisor at Havertys Furniture from 2002 to 2006 and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Tennessee State University.
