Balasubramanyam K has over 16 years of work experience. Balasubramanyam started their career in 2004 at First Source as a Sr CSA. In 2010, they joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Business Planning Manager, Sales Country Lead, SEA & SPR and Technical Lead. In 2019, they moved to SunTec Business Solutions as a Senior Manager Global Sales Operations. In 2020, they joined KnowledgeHut upGrad as the Head Of Sales Operations and Pathlock as the Director of Sales Operations and Global Sales Operations Manager.

Balasubramanyam K completed their 10th grade at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Balasubramanyam then went on to obtain a BSc in Computer Science from MES arts & science between 2001 and 2004. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Sikkim manipal between 2012 and 2014.
