Esha Panda has had a varied work experience, beginning with their role as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services in 2013. Esha then went on to become a Teaching Assistant at the University of South Florida in 2014. In 2016, they were a Content Developer at Hashtag17 (90 Dollar Website). From 2017 to 2019, they were a Content Marketing Manager at KnowledgeHut upGrad, where they managed a team of content developers, SEO content writers, and oversaw email marketing campaigns. Since 2019, they have been a Manager - Brand Content Strategy & Communications at [24]7.ai, where they have managed branding activities pertaining to internal communications and social media, mentored Internal Communication and Social Media specialists, and coordinated with in-house visual communications team. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Product Content Strategist at Pathlock.

Esha Panda obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology 142 between 2008 and 2012. Esha then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of South Florida between 2014 and 2016. In 2014, they also obtained a Certificate of Completion of Teaching Assistant Essentials Training from the University of South Florida. In 2017, they obtained a The Digital Garage Online Marketing Certification from Google and a NPTEL Online Certification on Postcolonial Literature from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained a Hubspot Academy - Content Marketing certification from HubSpot.
